As your Doula, my role is supporting your family overnight. During our time, mom’s needs are addressed by breast and/or bottle feeding support, managing newborn care and sleeping patterns while bringing attention to any abnormal fluctuations. Additional services such as light meal preparation, light cleaning, and laundry are some examples of additional services that may be provided on a per case basis.
REASONS OF SUPPORT & SERVICES MAY INCLUDE:
Relieving fears & anxieties regarding childbirth and postpartum
Uncertainties, lack of bonding/engaging with baby
Breastfeeding/Lactation education & resources
Identifying your baby’s temperment & developmental stages and needs.
Facilitate effective strategies to help resolve present issues.
